Life is incomplete without principles.
It was observed that great men have, not only his own way of principles
but also they realized the duties of his own. Architecture is the
lifeline of the creative world. If we talk to the inhabitant of
this world about developed city, the almost all people will focus
to the Architectural development and aesthetic looks of the city.

one who dreams and other who makes.
But there are some exceptions,
who makes all dreams true,
and they are called as Architects. |

Architect must have his own principles,
have the ability to extract something from nothing, and also have
the attitude to command and rule over the world. Me, Sandip Pattnaik,
I have completed my Architectural course from ABIT-PMCA under
Biju Pattnaik Technical University, Orissa, India in the year 2002-03.
In my design consideration I always prefer to do in simplest geometrical
forms. Mostly I choose the block transfusions or transformations
in my design assessments. |

I believe, all good building needs
one specific form and also a unique color code. The simplest approach
gives you the highest rank of admirer. So, I always choose the simplest
form as rectangular shape to create something new kind of design.
In my design approach I mainly consider the major factors like,
the human sociology, the surround climatic condition, orientation
and also consider the economic and durability of the building design.
I prefer to design the projects manually and also with lot of sketches
to solve the problems. |
