bearing/Frame Structure.
Foundations and Plinth: foundation and plinth shall
be of RCC footing/1st Class brickwork 1:6 cement mortar over 1:4:8
cement concrete.
Damp proof course: D.P.C. shall be of 2.5 cm thick cement concrete
1:1.5:3 mixed with standard water proofing material.
Superstructure: Superstructure will be of 1st class Brickwork in
1:5 cement mortar, Lintel over doors and windows shall be in R.C.C.
Roofing: Roofing shall be of R.C.C. with an insulation layer 7.5
cm lime concrete terracing.
Flooring: Flooring shall be polished marble.
Finishing: Inside outside wall shall be of 12mm cement mortar plastered
1:4 ceiling shall be cement plastered 1:3. Inside shall be distempered,
outside shall be white wash.
Door and windows: Coaukhat shall be of sal wood. Shutters shall
be of teak wood frames with paneled, glazed or partly paneled and
partly glazed as required, fitted with iron protections grills.
The main door shall be of teak wood and other internal doors shall
be of teak finishing flush door or teak frame ply paneled doors.
Toilet: Anti skid flooring with C.P fittings, P.V.C pipes with colored
washbasin and Indian W.C. Ceramic tiles dado 7ft.
Electrification: All rooms are electrical system shall be concealed
wiring system.
Kitchen: 2.5 ft kitchen platform with granite top.
The cost of the finishing house will be Rs. 1050/- to Rs. 2000/-
*The extra cost for other works such as Architectural
design section (Rs. 15/- per SFT) as home plan, elevations, layouts,
working drawings, Authority approval (As per actual) etc, Engineering
design section (Rs. 20/- per SFT) as structural design, electrical
designs, plumbing and sanitation, estimation etc, Earth work (As
per actual cost), Chajja or any kind of architectural elements (As
per actual cost), Construction of septic tank or sump or boring
(As per actual cost), All the machines such as vibrator or mixture
(As per actual cost), All stone works (As per actual cost), Out
house for store (As per actual cost), Water curing (As per actual
cost), All the extra cost should be the responsible of the owner
if, the above mention specification of core house size deviates.
All extra works which are which are not mention are extra cost (As
per actual cost).
